At Halifax Bank of Scotland we managed the implementation of Computer Telephony Integration systems into the credit card call centre.

HBOS is the UK's 5th bank and has 5 million credit cards in circulation in the UK.

 

At '3' we managed the development of IT systems to convert business orders into instructions to provision telephone and internet-based services. This 'technical order management' system was developed for roll-out across all of 3's subsidiaries in the UK, Australia, Italy, Sweden, Thailand and Singapore

3 was the UK's first 3rd-generation mobile communications company.

 

At Goldfish our consultant was responsible for defining the system requirements for a new customer contact centre - encompassing solutions for IVR, document management, workflow and CRM - for agreement with suppliers.

We provided a consultant to Energis to investigate the impact of proposed new products and services on existing IT systems. Our consultant also facilitated between Energis and potential software and services suppliers.

Energis is a telecommunications and internet services provider.

At Tesco we provided a technical consultant to work on a data warehousing project.

Tesco is the UK's #1 supermarket.

At Eircom our consultant was engaged on a project to prepare existing IT systems for the company's DSL product. Our consultant specifically managed the business requirements for fault handling (trouble ticketing) acting as a facilitator between the business function and IT.

Eircom is Ireland's largest telecommunications company.

At HomeChoice we advised on organisational change as the company prepared to extend its London-based service to the whole of the UK.

HomeChoice is the first UK company to deliver TV over the internet.

 

At Axa we provided interim departmental management as the company went through a merger of its constituent UK companies.

AXA is Europe's largest insurance group.

We provide business development & project management services to small businesses in the Blackdown Hills via the Blackdown Hills Business Association and the Blackdown Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. We also organise the BHBA presence at a number of high-profile shows and markets.
